  Not only did Ruby Bridges change society, she changed the future of education. Instead of an all white school, Ruby Bridges made it possible for a school to be with all races. Ruby Bridges helped reform education to where it is now. No more white schools or African-American schools, just one school of all the future generations together as one.

  Later in life Ruby Bridges created a foundation called the Ruby Bridges Foundation. Her foundation created a school called the Ruby Bridges school of social justice and community service. They made William Frantz Elementary a historic site.Ruby Bridges made a huge impact in education and integration.
